Residential Cleaning Technician

📍 Waynesville, NC

Pay: $650–$1,000+/week after training (top performers average $750–$1,000) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. No nights or weekends. Location: Waynesville, NC This job is great for candidates with experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, housekeeping, or residential cleaning. Perks & Benefits • Paid training, tips, and performance bonuses • 40 hours PTO plus 8 hours birthday PTO after 6 months • 6 major holidays off • Flexible unpaid time off for team members with strong attendance • Weekly 1-on-1s with management • Community "Blessing Cleans," where we donate cleans to neighbors in need • A positive, supportive team What You'll Do • Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms • Dust furniture, baseboards, blinds, and fixtures • Vacuum and mop floors • Follow our cleaning systems and safety procedures • Keep the office updated on each job's progress and completion What You Need • A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and insurance • Availability Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM • Comfort working around pets • The ability to lift 25 lbs and stay on your feet up to 8 hours a day • A reliable, detail-oriented, professional work ethic • Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, retail, or front desk work is a plus.
